The staff was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and even allowed us an early check-in. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I stayed here solo for 5 or so days while attending a conference at the nearby Messukeskus Helsinki and it was absolutely perfect for this purpose. It was a well-stocked apartment with everything you'd need (pots, pans, cutlery, cooking oil, some spices, toaster, mini oven in the kitchen, and shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer in the bathroom) and the balcony is such a treat, especially in the morning. It is a bit awkward to find the right entrance the first time but the hosts are very helpful and once you've figured it out it's very easy. The location is so convenient for shopping, amenities and restaurants and the transit connections from Tripla station and the tram nearby make it very well connected, it's a very short journey into the centre and to the airport also. The hosts were very responsive by text and kindly allowed me to leave my luggage for an extra two hours after checkout time while they were cleaning.
