Great location near the lake with beautiful views. Good choice if you want some privacy to enjoy the nature. Holiday home is very well equipped, there is everything you could possibly need. Sauna and fireplace is nice bonus. We had magical time.

I had a really pleasant stay at Academy Hotel Kemijärvi. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If one wants to have an idea over paradise, don't look too far. There it is Mamma Taina is your protecting angel. A few words in Finnish are a good help. 1 hour by bus from Rovaniemi. I was very happy there, peaceful and silent. A real holiday... Yes, in the winter. Arctic clothes are a must, if you want to hike, or walk around.

The house is fully consistent with the description on the website. On the day of arrival there were severe frosts somewhere around 30, but the house was warm, so to speak, we were greeted warmly.))) And also beautiful nature, the house is located on the shore of a large lake. I plan to come there in the summer to see the beauty of this place.
