The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Almost everything I wanted to explore was within a 15–20 minute walk, which made my stay super convenient. The surrounding vibe was lively yet charming, with historic streets and attractions all around. I really appreciated how easy it was to get around without needing transport.

Unique hotel with a creative ideas - - brewery within the hotel and great beer selection in each room and shower! Dog friendly, ecology friendly, people friendly! Boutigue design. Most of all, empathic and laid back staff - creating safety and comfort Deliscious scottish-american food. We traveled around the globe staying at different places but this was a true gem. We stayed in one bedroom, it's a huge size apartment with a very big bathroom. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the old town. It was very clean. Impeccable kitchen even though we didn't use it. Easy check in using only codes (no physical keys required). Apartment had lifts which is great if you have lots of luggage. Few points: Bath tub was a bit high, could potentially be an issue for children or eldery people TV in the living room is extremely small, suggest they could upgrade to a bigger one for even better experience You will have to do 3 steps down and 3 steps up to get to the lifts. For people with mobility issues could be a challenge.

The accomodation was perfect, spacey, clean, comfortable, quiet and everything all you need was provided. The area also was so beautiful with lost of cafes, great restaurants and only 10 min. Walking from train station. After 3 busy days in Edinburgh hostel stay and visit to Highlands, it was great decision to spend my last night here for a good sleep, get prepared for my train trip to London. Thanks to everyone at the property for their warm welcome and great conversation.

Righ Residences is a new style of hotel which provides a kitchenette and sitting area in the very stylish room, perfect for longer stays. We love being able to self-cater for occasional meals without having to go down-market to self-catering holiday units. Very well designed and thought out, lights were everywhere you need them including the oft forgotten bedside. Very nice china and cutlery. Lovely view sitting up in bed looking out towards the Forth Road Bridge. We will definitely return.

Self catering and laundry facilities worked really well for me as I was on a 2 week trip. The room was generally quiet, en suite good, storage and workspace good. Kitchen facilities very good. Staff very helpful.

No breakfast here as it was a fully-furnished apartment with a full kitchen for self catering. Absolutely incredible apartment, very well kept, cleaned, and maintained. Located only down the road from a tram stop and two shopping centres, with a corner shop 30 seconds away. Parking was secure and the surface solid. Temperature control was excellent and easy to use, felt a touch chilly but the heating was very effective when turned on.
