Beautiful property in a quiet peaceful location with exceptional views of the countryside. It is exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay really special. There is a lovely authentic taverna a short walk away which provides a wonderful welcome and delicious and plentiful food.

A very nicely reconstructed traditional house. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for solo travelers who don't like all inclusive. Beautiful view from the terrace of Mount Kástro (we were at the top). Fres is a quiet and peaceful mountain village. Church bells and sheep bells completed the romantic atmosphere that we love so much.

Amazing location , secluded yet close to all the amenities! Amazing little village close by. Views were stunning, pool was excellent! Would definitely stay again. The person who communicated with us was named Tonia, she answered all my questions and was super responsive.. my daughter got sick and she booked a doctor's appointment for us! A Greek holiday paradise in the middle of nature! We spent wonderful holidays as a family in the stone villa! From the first moment we felt very comfortable in this beautiful, recently built house. The owners are super nice and welcomed us very hospitably. If you have any questions, they can be reached at any time by phone or What's App. The house is super equipped with anything you need during your holidays and around the property there are several seating areas that invite you to "be", read, relax or take a yoga session at any time of the day. The house is surrounded by olive groves/plantations and a few meters below the terrace side there is a small flock of sheep which is totally cute and some of them can be seen from afar. The interior is modern and decorative! Beautiful furnishings chosen by the homeowner with great attention to detail. It has everything you need, even makeup stations (highlight :-)! The living and dining room are very comfortable. The kitchen is ultra-modern, you will find various household appliances. We love to cook, it's a passion of ours so we found lots of utensils and felt right at home! Toaster, sandwich maker, Italian coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc! There is a large BBQ on one of the terraces, so you can enjoy a delicious dinner of fresh and local fish and vegetables outside at the large table with a fantastic view! We enjoyed the quiet area around us and the beautiful nature as well as the nearby taverns, beautiful beaches and some sights. We can definitely recommend the villa - whether as a couple or as a family! Everyone would feel "at home" in this idyllic paradise :-)

A beautiful villa, with an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. Spacious and with all required facilities - everything necessary for cooking, utensils, washing machine, dish washer, hairdryer. The barbecue area was cozy and perfect to spend warm evenings in, and do cooking in. The pool was nice and heated. Very easy communication with the owner, who accommodated all of our needs, and answered all of our questions very quickly. Village Kournas located about 700m from the village, with lovely tavernas. We were happy with our stay, great value for money. Thank you Villa Kermes!
