Although it is 7 km from the beach it is a superb location with beautiful sea views, large clean pool. We had impeccable support from the lady. Villa is equipped with everything needed for a family. Outside by the pool there is a terrace with table and barbecue where you can spend the afternoon in peace. Worth the 10+ and we will be back with great pleasure.

Marvelous, renovated house in the center of Argyroupoli village which is in the center of the island (district of Rethymno) equally close to the northern and the southern coast. The house is fully equipped, very convenient and clean. We really loved the terrace and the stunning view to the sea. The owner is really kind and helpful. One of the best houses I have ever stayed. You won't miss anything and you will really enjoy it. Congratulations to the owner. Thank you!

**Review for Fortuna Villa** We had a fantastic stay at Fortuna Villa! Nestled just a 5-minute drive from Georgioupolis, this newly built villa offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and serene privacy. While there’s no public transport to the villa, having a car is well worth it for the beautiful surroundings and the hidden gem that this place is. Accessing the villa involves a steep track, but it's completely manageable and adds to the sense of seclusion. Once inside, we were delighted by the modern bathrooms and kitchen, which made our stay feel incredibly luxurious. The security shutters were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to sleep peacefully without any concerns about safety. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, featuring four sun beds and a lovely undercover seating area with garden furniture. We really appreciated the pool cleaning service that came during our visit, ensuring everything was pristine for our enjoyment. Plus, the Smart TV in the open-plan lounge, complete with Netflix and Prime, allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows in the evenings. The villa is just a couple of minutes from Kournas Lake, which is a beautiful spot to explore, though it can get a bit busy with tourists. The best part? We felt completely away from the hustle and bustle while enjoying our time by the pool and dining outside. Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the welcome hamper left for us upon arrival. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival stress-free. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Fortuna Villa! We can’t wait to return!

This villa was perfect for us. A secluded location up in the hills, lovely views, so quiet and peaceful. We loved the outside space, there are places to enjoy at all times of the day. The pool was a delight and there is plenty of shade if it gets too hot.

The villa is great and the view is extraordinary. Michael, the owner, waited for us with an oven baked type of lasagna, which was delicious. He is such a great guy. We had a lovely holiday. Highly recommend the place!

We had the most amazing stay at Mikro Livadi. The rooms are big and have everything you need, the breakfast was incredible with loads of local food every morning and a beautiful pool. We stayed for dinner 1 evening too and had a lovely evening the best part though was Angeliki and Anastasia who could not have done any more for us! They were the most wonderful people, who made sure we had an amazing time

    I was staying for 8 days in Iasonas Studio and it was really good. The studio has everything what single person needs. Kitchen with all utensils to cook for yourself, tv to watch from bed, good wifi, independent bathroom. And for that price you have AC in studio and access to swimming pool on the roof! Ioannis, the owner, was very nice and gave me some tips on where to go on Crete.

    Markos and his team were simply the kindest and most attentive host. The apartment was modern, spacious and very practically equipped. You have a full kitchen with even detailed items like different types of knives, different sized pans, filter coffee paper etc. Before arrival, communication was prompt and exact. Upon arrival, check in was quick and simple. We even had a welcome wine and cookies and snacks, which were refilled with other snacks during room service whoch was very positive surprise.

    Minoas was great, very hospitable and nice, catering to all our needs. When we arrived, food and drinks were waiting for us. The villa was spacious, clean and neat. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped, so we could prepare anything. It's located 5 minutes drive from Kournas lake which we enjoyed for an afternoon and about 15 minutes drive from the old town Rethimno. I highly recommend it.

    The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor kitchen/BBQ area was great. Any issues / questions we had were dealt with immediately, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. The surrounding area is great, away from the main touristy bit but within easy reach of several nice local restaurants. We're hoping to return as a larger family group in the future!

    The area in general is beautiful, all the surroundings are impressive. The villa has everything and when I say everything I mean from all first aids kits (on rule) and whatever you might need to cook in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are truly to rest. The pools on the terrace are on point, the views can't get better. The experience is more enjoyable than a hotel since the hosts are very kind and warm people. Excellent for solo travelers and big families.

    The Villa exceeded our expectations, definitely nicer than the photos. Everything was immaculate, clean and catered for all our needs with toiletries in all the bathrooms and essentials in the kitchen together with a bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a welcome gift. Maria who met us to let us in was extremely helpful and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and tavernas to try. A mid week clean of the villa was also a welcome bonus.
