Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

My review will be only positive, apartament absolutely clean with a perfect teracce ,our kids stayed happy all that period ,all is good and i have no questions,we are appreciate all service and really thank u a lot ,we will come back for sure asap.Have a good clients and enjoy the atmosphere! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The location was perfect - just a short drive from the best beaches in Kassandra. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. The apartment was simply wonderful! Spotlessly clean, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and beautifully decorated to create a sense of warmth and comfort. The location was ideal, close to everything you need, but at the same time quiet enough to relax. The host was kind, helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the first moment. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely choose it again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

VagAthan has very nice apartments, locality is near to the center of Afytos (5-7 min walk). Our apartment was cosy and clean. The furniture is modern and stylish. Afytos is beautiful village with ancient architecture. there are a lot of beautiful traditional tavernas, bars, amazing turquoise sea! Afytos is on the hill, there are beautiful views. There are some tips for restaurants: meat/souvlaki: Grigoris Tavern (3 min walk) fish/seafood: Ta Glarakia (15 min walk) drinks: Notos (9 min walk)

The host is great. She welcomed us and gave us the keys. We were able to check in much earlier. The apartment is spacious, very clean and modern. The air conditioning is great and the property has one of the best WIFI you can find. You have access to a private parking close to the location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Near the property, there is a great restaurant called "Taste of Greece". It's affordable and it has very good food.

    The apartment is clean, modern and very confortable. The owners are special people, warm and friendly. They extended our stay with 2 days for free because we had a few rainy days. The house has two perfect places to relax. with hammock, rocking chair where you can spend perfect time. The kitchen equipped with everything you need if you want to cook.

    Amazing garden, tranquility, morning or evening views to sea like from Disney cartoons.so relaxing. Hosts Efi and her mum,pleasent ladies always there for you. Very comfortable bed. Large room with very good equiped kitchen. Very clean everything. Simple and thoughtful.Close to the shops and restaurants.

    Had a great time and enjoyed my stay. Efe and her Mum are fantastic hosts. They go an extra mile to make sure you have a good holiday. The location of the property is excellent - 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the shops and restaurants. Stunning view from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay. Beds are big and comfy. Kriopigy beach is beautiful. I would recommend Avra House for a longer stay. I would re-visit.
