The hotel is cozy and clean. Even the towel have fresh smell. The room is big with two floors . I can get everything I need from there. The breakfast is delivered to room every morning and food not the same everyday. Good to spend couple of days there to relax and walk around Santorini. The hotel have swimming pool and jacuzzi in the room so we can enjoy them.

This is one of the most lovely accomodation I have ever been to. This beautiful place is located in the middle of the old town Messaria, 10 min by bus to Fira. From there it is another 20 min to Oia. And to the bakery, mini market or bus station it is about 7 min by foot. It is a calm and quiet area, the room looks like a traditional cave house. From the balcony you can see the sunrise. The owner is very kind as well and I have got a sweet welcome snack. Thank you for this wonderful and unforgettable stay in Santorini. If I will come another time I will choose this place again.

This is one of the best apparments I've booked for vacations. Very clean, modern, spacious, and quite place with everything needed for short or long stay. Very comfortable beds, great bathroom with a big shower, and plenty of hot water. The location is also really convenient - in the middle of the island, very close to the main city, Fira, still in quiet and not overcrowded area. The host Anna was amazing. Very attentive to all our needs. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh fruits, wine, sweets, and cold water in the fridge. We appreciated that, especially after our late night flight. If you rent a car (which is a must for Santorini), there is a parking spot in front of the house. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay in Motrez Santoriniy. It made our trip to this beautiful island even more memorable.

A very charming hotel, the owner welcomes you with a smile and the rooms have everything you need. There’s even an iron! The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the airport when you arrive and near the port if you’re visiting other Cycladic islands. The town center is just a short walk away, with lovely traditional restaurants that are less touristy than those you might find in Oia. A final highlight: breakfast can be booked via WhatsApp to arrange your preferred time, and it’s served in total privacy at a small outdoor table right in front of your room—a real gem. In the photos, some of the delicacies they brought us! Highly recommended and very affordable for the quality of the property

The house is very pleasant and nicely decorated to fill the "kef". Cristine is such a supportive host and found us a hire car, booked a table in a restaurant and has a very good suggestion in the catalogue she has prepared for her guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This was an incredible place to stay. This immaculate little cave house exceeded our expectations in every way. Situated in the middle of the old town surrounded by Beautiful traditional architecture. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family. We went with our 3 kids, but we all had an amazing time. If I could give a score more than 10, I would. A+++

We liked the pool and the rooms. Nice facilities, comfortable beds. Yannis was very helpful and let us do a very late check in. We appreciate that. Nice and useful kitchen as well. The utensils and plates were clean, and the appliances worked well.

the swimming pool was very fun and the beds were so comfortable and spacious. The toilet was very clean and a good space for a kitchen! Very well recommended 😍

We loved it. AVAL is very new, so everything felt new and clean and smart. The decor is beautiful, all very tasteful. The bed was the comfiest bed I've slept in in years! Great big shower and good kitchen facilities though we only used the kettle and fridge. Lovely pool. Hot tub on the terrace, though it was so hot we didn't feel the need to sit in hot water! Lovely staff, very helpful.
