The sleeping area was very bright and nicely decorated. A very nice view from the balcony. Everything you need is there. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It was nice and pleasant to stay here. It's a relatively quite place, near the tourist area. Sometimes i could hear that but it wasn't annoying. The bed was firm and comfortable. Good AC, not noisy. In the kitchen there is a sleeping couch so I suppose more people could sleep there. It can get very warm there so it would be a good idea to cool the area with the AC and leave the connected door open. Or maybe a fan or a smal AC would be handy is you would like to close the connecting door The shower is small, not a problem for me but if you are a person that needs more space you have to get a bit creative. If you are with the car it is easy to park. The exit from the highway to Tigaki is not very clear so be mindful for that. I found it easier to navigate to the big supermarket bevatte that exit was more clear. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island

I was the best place i ever stayed nice and comfortable the staff was brilliant, very closed to beach , beach was lovely clear and sandy beach, near to local shops and town, the kitchen was fully clean and got enough to put your shoping and do cooking

Great studios with very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and nice balcony, also air con if needed. Exceptionally clean room, it was cleaned daily and towels changed. Lovely hosts with the personal touch. There is a large pool area with plenty of sun beds and a nice pool bar run by Sam who looks after all the guests. Great location directly across from the beach peaceful yet near everything. Highly recommend. Louise, Paul, Clare & Tony.

Great big rooms,comfortable beds,small kitchenette that has everything you need. Nice big pool with sun decks and umbrellas,15min walk from tigaki center. The hosts were amazingly kind,they arranged pick up from the airport. Definitly recommend it for a stay in Kos.

Nice acommodation with good position in Tigaki. Tradicionaly Greece studios - who know - small bathroom and shower, some insects, simply design and poor kitchenette... but all works and definitelly we like it. Pool is bonus, we didnt use, but was clean, bar was fine, nice garden.

Property was spacious and clean. It is a slow 10 min to the supermarket walking and 20 minutes to the beach. There are many restaurants to choose from on the main strip and the villa has a number of parking spots if you’re in a group. We were welcomed by Katerina who was lovely and explained how everything worked and there was a large welcome basket and fruit bowl in the kitchen.
