its very cozy place opposite highway A22, bud in the room you do not hear absolutely nothing at all. We stayed only one night on the way home from our ski holiday, but the owner was very attentive and prepared us very clean and heated room, so we felt as totally like at home. It was offered us also breakfast, but we did not use it, because of our very early departure. It was definitely nice place and we return in future

Great place, very spacious, well equiped, with nice furniture. Very big and comfortable balcony with great view on the mountains. It was never hot in the appartment, though it was around 30 degree outside. Good quite location close to the city center and bus stop. Spar shop is nearby. Karin is very nice host. We liked the mountains hiking trails and via ferrata very much. Defenitely would recommend.

Although the location is a bit remote and it is not convenient to walk to the cable car station, there are buses passing by. In fact, driving is very convenient. There is a parking lot at the Funivie Ortisei - Alpe di Siusi cable car station, and the fee is only 0.50 euros per hour. The apartment overlooks the Ortisei Valley. The scenery is beautiful and quiet. There are some lovely sculptures in the courtyard. The dining room and kitchen of the residence have skylights, which provide good lighting. The room/apartment is big and comfortable, with plenty of space. The SPA is not massive but every detail is taken care of. The restaurant is a treat. I would 100% come back.
