The apartment is in a residential street just outside the main busy tourist area, but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the historical Old Town. Easily close enough to go back for lunch/rest before going out sight-seeing again. The whole apartment is very spacious and renovated to a high quality; the common areas/lift in the building are modern and clean, Well-equipped kitchen and appliances (washing machine very useful for those of us on motorbikes), and supermarkets not far away if you want to cook at home instead of eating out all the time. Parking secure in a garage behind a locked gate. Very good value for money, there are two bedrooms/bathrooms but even as just a couple it is still reasonably priced. For two couples it would be a complete bargain. The owner always responded quickly and politely to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. I'd happily stay there again.

An exceptional place to stay in a beautiful city. The flat is in a lovely old part of town, though everything is smart and modern inside. It's moments from the cathedral, and other sights are an easy walk away, along with shops, restaurants etc. The host is very helpful and friendly - he doesn't live on the premises but came to let us in and show us round.

Apartment is very nicely equipped with a new furniture, couch, bathroom and kitchen. Location is quite and nice and no one bothers you.We picked Ferrara as its on a crossroads to Venice, Verona etc on the north, and Bologna, Firence etc,, San Marino on the south. We also liked a fixed nets on the windows to stop mosquitos from entering rooms.

This studio apartment has been tastefully refurbished with careful thought. The location is absolutely central but the windows and external blinds effectively block any imposition from the street at night. The well equipped kitchen makes self-catering a practical option. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom modern but with a slow draining shower. Silvia is a courteous and efficient hostess. An enjoyable 4 night stay.
