A small but beautifully and creatively furnished apartment on the ground floor of a multi-story building. A bedroom with a comfortable bed. A tiny kitchen, yet everything is available. All necessary appliances are provided. The refrigerator is incredibly well-stocked upon arrival. I've been to Italy thirty times and stayed in dozens of places, but I've never encountered such attention to the culinary needs of guests. We loved the living room and bathroom. Another plus was the desk with a laptop stand. Our great host Luca also provided us with a pass that allowed us to use a nearby parking lot free of charge. The apartment is located about a kilometer from the famous Acquario di Genova and less than a mile from the historic center. It's also a great location for those wanting to explore Liguria without a car, as the Principe train station is right next door. The lower station of the funicular railway, which leads to the viewpoint on the Granarolo hills, is even closer.

Location was great, all the main attractions in the walking distance. Also there are plenty of restaurants around. Apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator. So something to be aware if you have a heavy luggage. Apartment was clean and spacious. It had iron and ironing board and also some information on the city attractions and what to do. Host was very helpful and very responsive. He also shared with us some websites which helped to find our way in the city.

That an apartment is just OUTSTANDING. It's on the 15th floor and the view is spectacular. It's very large, super modern, warm. It has everything you need for your stay. You don't need to worry about anything. The host is super nice. We got a welcome bottle of wine, some cookies, fresh foccacia and even a lift to the city center from friend of the owner. That was the best place to stay ever. I loved everything from the top to the bottom. Parking is on the streets outside the building. Its highly recommended for everyone. You won't regret if you choose this place. If i could i would give 100/10. Thank you.

I really liked the kitchen area, as it kept the arch... wonderful. Clean, equipped- perfect. Even if it is the port area, it is a safe area., located in a clean building it's the 5th time I'm back in Genoa and I didn't have any problems regardless of where I stayed, port, train station or center, I would definitely choose the port area now, it has a different vibe.I communicated very well and harmoniously with Elisabetta. a pleasant person and that's what I love when I meet such owners. Thank you Elisabetta, I hope one day we will return to your wonderful apartment.

A wonderful apartment overlooking the marina. It was quiet at night even though Genoa is not! It's close to the old city but we chose to eat at a restaurant opposite the apartment block, staying in the marina area for our overnight stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the expensive boats being prepared and the massive cruise ships coming and going. We were en route between Florence and France, having lunched in Pisa: this was the perfect place to unwind from the crowds.

Perfectly located apartment! It is close to the Principe railway station and historical Genova is just few steps away! We did like colours used in the bedroom and kitchenette. Everything was good! We wanted to extend our stay but it was occupied!

The apartment is quite spacious, there is good air conditioning, the kitchen is well equipped and it is very well located in the Porto Antico area. I would totally recommend it for 3 or 4 people.

Wonderful spacious accommodation from which you can explore Genova and the Ligurian coast (Camogli, Cinque Terre, Nervi, Portofino). Serena is a very helpful host and provided us with many useful tips. The apartment is closely located to Boccadasse and has everything you need (airco, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen)
