Everything just perfect. Spacey room, (most important for me, with a balcony) very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and very good location close to all most famous attractions. Everything in walk distance. Easy access to enter the hotel by the directions that was sent by the hotel.. Love it and definitelly will recomend.. We loved this apartment, it was so spacious, cute and convenient, just around the corner from the Pantheon. I had many croissants from the famous croissant store nearby. It was also very easily accessible by walking and bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to bus and tram stops. Todis convenience store right next to the building allowed us to prepare meals to our taste when we want a steer from local foods. The room is of decent size for our family of four. Digital check-in was seamless. Highly recommended

Nice, clean and modern room in a shared apartment with everything necessary for the stay. It is situated in a typical Italian residential neighbourhood with decent bus connections to the city centre. On top of that, the communication with Patrizia was excellent, she made sure to give all the info necessary for the stay and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, all while being incredibly friendly and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.

    For me it was very well located close to my family in Rome, to the east of the city. Easy to get into the centre of Rome by Metro, tram or bus. It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

    Self catering so kitchen had a coffee pod machine, microwave, small cooker hob, kettle, toaster and small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Each room had a small table and 2 chairs. Good location, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just down the road. Bedrooms were a good size with shutters to screen out the sun. Comfortable beds.
