Loved the brand new, super comfortable and modern room in the historic building, the fabulous location near famous sites, and the safe, secure building. A bonus was that there is a restaurant downstairs owned by the same family, and we enjoyed outstanding food there. There is a small shared kitchen separate from the room that has free juice, tea and coffee, very nice. In a highly walkable location, just a few minutes to Villa d’Este and Villa Gregoriana, along with being steps to tons of shops and cafes. Really enjoyed it and would definitely return when we come back to Tivoli.

Everything! The location, the decor and facilities in the apartment. Massimilano was so helpful and organised our airport transfer and even booked our restaurant for the first night and recommended places we could eat. He was quick and helpful with his responses when we had queries. The property is beautifully decorated and in the lost gorgeous location overlooking Villa d’Este which is a beautiful place to visit. Tivoli itself is stunning,,so much character. Lovely restaurants and kind people.

Rustic excellence with great hospitality in a rural setting of Tivoli in the Lazio region outskirts of Rome. Large apartment tastefully decorated appropriate to the rural setting. Facilities are great, although no washing machine, but otherwise a comfortable, complete and thoughtful self catering opportunity with abundance of fruit , cheese, and vegetables from farmers markets and great wines at cheap prices in local supermarkets.

The location to the train station and local amenities, where excellent and virtually on the door step. The apartment was unexpectedly beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with plenty condiments at hand and information leaflets.The host Franco, went clearly above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We were given a guided tour of the apartment after picking us up from the train station on arrival.We were very well informed of local historical sites and places to visit within the tivoli area including the local bars and restaurants.
