Everything was perfect, attention to detail in all aspects, very nice welcome by the host, details to make your stay even better than at home, super clean, very comfortable, floor heating, lovely balcony, comfortable beds, very good spacious bathroom and wc, kitchen very well equipped , living room with great TV and sound, and parking space for a small car within the same building, elevator very convenient and central location. In one room in a basement, there was not only a bedroom, but also kitchen supplies, including a coffee machine, a kettle, a hob, etc. We were surprised with a box of snacks, which, after a long day driving, was a great deal. Also cold, filtrated water was waiting for us in a fridge. The shared bathroom was clean, and we could also find a sponge and liquid for washing dishes. Just if you plan to get to the beach, it is not recommended on foot, as there is no pavement at some point.

Sorry F, you are getting another 10, and that's entirely your fault. We also want to thank beautiful, beautiful Italy for the smell of vanilla and pizza on the streets—what an experience for a newcomer like me. Communication with you was smooth thanks to your perfect English, and you bombarded us with recommendations for the best culinary tastings. The terracotta room was cozy, and had everything we needed to entertain ourselves for two weeks. We were able to open our window, place the side table in front of it, and created our own private balcony. From this apartment we could go everywhere, from Milan to the lakes, a perfect location. We weren't bothered by the noise of city life. After all the sights, the delicious food, and the fantastic wines, we were exhausted and slept wonderfully. The bed in the apartment is exceptionally comfortable. One final note: You are a host through and through. Thank you so much. J and Kim
