1. Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

2 double beds, very comfortable, all amenities provided that you would expect from an airbnb style accommodation. Host extremely responsive. Although Imamiya station is about 25 mins walk to Namba, is only on the Osaka loop line, but more convenient than you would initially think > can easily get to various attractions on Osaka Loop Line such as Osaka Castle. Excellent value for money. We were family of 2 adults and baby, so only used the double beds area, didn't use the other sleeping area. Spacious. Everything new, felt like high standard, and clean.

Helpful and friendly staff, spacious room, super clean, close to the subway. They really thought of everything from washing machines to nightlights. The most thoughtful aspect was their instructions on how to operate everything in the room, and it even included pictures. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to all.
