I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole Grace Wellness team for the wonderful experience they are providing in every corner of this beautiful and peaceful hotel. The rooms are clean, specious and nicely decorated. The food at the Grace cafe and Amara breakfast area is fresh, healthy and delicious. Every month there is a new schedule with different activities. We signed up for Yoga, Individual pates class and sound healing meditation. The service is just exceptional. The city center is just 5 minutes away, and the hotel is located a bit aside from the main road, so all you can hear on the territory of the hotel is birds singing. It is a great place to escape noisy city and just relax. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and genuinely wish Grace Wellness continuous prosperity!

Our stay at Waka villa was truly a wonderful experience. From the first moment we landed at the airport, we were greeted by a very friendly staff with a shuttle that took us to the Waka Villa. The journey from the airport to Villa itself does not take long. Once we arrived, the rest of the staff greeted us with a sincere smile on their faces, and even then it was clear to us that this was going to be a really wonderful stay. We have to mention right away that nowhere during our holiday did we feel like we were at home and like we were with dear friends. The villa itself, where we were accommodated, is a beautiful oasis surrounded by incredible and lush tropical greenery, so that at times you have the feeling that you are in paradise. The villa is beautifully and elegantly decorated with the biggest bed ever and the most comfortable pillows. What really blew us away was the incredible bathroom with a glass wall overlooking palm trees and flowers. What we really didn't expect was that a sim card was waiting for us in the villa, which really made our stay in Siam Reap easier. We really did not expect that gesture and were pleasantly surprised. The staff really did more than we expected to make sure we had everything we needed. They are full of useful tips and were there for anything we needed. They recommended the best restaurants in town and booked us dinner every night. We must especially mention that they organized the best tuk-tuk driver for us, Mina with whom we had the best time ever. Riding a tuk-tuk has never been more fun and Mina made sure at all times that we had cold towels and cold water and juices to refresh us wherever he took us, whether it was to see the Angkor or the city. We definitely recommend Mina for all trips. Also, the staff from Waka Villa organized a guide for us who was a great source of information about the history of Angkor.

The staff is extremely helpful with every need I had and so friendly and sweet. We had a tuk tuk driver for 3days going with us to the temples and at evening/night to restaurants and he was so lovely! The room was nothing short of fantastic—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It offered all the amenities I could possibly need, making it a true home away from home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. It was amazing!

I liked the concept of apartment suites with kitchen, terrace and an additional living room. They have a lot of space to stay comfortable, are modern and well equipped. The breakfast has a good buffet. The staff is very friendly and also help to organize tours. Near the hotel are some good restaurants and a very large super market. The hotel is in a quiet street, but not far from downtown, less than a half an hour walk or 2 usd drive by tuktuk. The accommodation has a very good price-service relation.

I would like to thank Mr. Frank, his Family and Staff for a wonderful way. From the first moment Mr. Frank has been a wonderful host, flexible, helping us with everything. The location is conveniently located halfway between Angkor Wat and the downtown area. The tuk-tuk driver who was taking us around was fantastic, very kind and fun to be around. While there are many good price-to-value ratio stays (including big hotel chains) in Siem Reap, I am happy I could support a local, family run business. The place is ideal for a family, we were visiting with our 21 month old infant and she was treated also very kindly and enjoyed everything.

It's the perfect place. It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!

The hotel was great. Our room was a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroon appartment with all the facilities. Everything was new and clean. Rooms were very ample. The staff was always very helpful. Very good location, 2 minutes walking from Night Market and very close to Old Market and Pub Street. I would definitely choose it again.

    Great location, huge room with kitchen, washing machine as expected. A little more outdated than we expected as this is the most we have paid throughout S.E Asia but it was comfortable. The pool was a blessing and the staff very friendly and helpful, in fact I left my headphones at the hotel and the manager wrapped them up for me and I organized a Grab to pick them up so they could be transported to Thailand. Basic, everything you need and fantastic location. The option to have our room serviced daily was a real treat.
