It was a fantastic stay! The studio is small, but has all the necessities, it is super-clean and located in a beautiful, colorful and calm street in the center of Seoul. Included in the stay, there is also a nice breakfast (toast with jam and peanut butter, orange juice, coffee, tea, boiled eggs and cereals). Amy, the owner of the place, is kind and a wonderful person- thanks to her and her kindness we felt very welcome in Korea. After this stay, we travelled through Korea and stayed in other places, but 318 Stay was definitely our favorite. Our best greetings to Amy! If we come back to Seoul, we'll definitely go there.

Our first trip to South Korea was totally awesome! We brought along our parents, 78 and 70. We were three couples and stayed in a six-person room. It was super spacious! The elevator is right next to your door. The owner was so generous, providing us with tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a steam iron, a hair iron, cp charger, and even slippers. Even though there's only one bathroom/comfort room for six people, it wasn't a problem at all. We just took turns. So, I suggest bringing a friend or someone who won't bother the group. It has a smart toilet. The place was so convenient, with restaurants, convenience stores, street food, bus stops, train stations, and even an Olive Young nearby! What made it even better was the owner's care. They messaged and asked on our parents because of the sudden drop of temperature, it was 1degree. They even offered their place for our parents to stay while waiting for our ride to the airport, no charge! That was very thoughtful! We'll definitely stay here again when we come back. Really great guesthouse in a residential neighbourhood. The room I stayed in was perfect for 1 person or a couple. Owner was very kind and nice to be welcomed in via the self service cafe. I personally enjoyed the local vibes in the neighbourhood as I wanted to experience a different part of Seoul - but if you have mobility challenges moving about from here might be a little challenge as it is located on a hill. Wonderful stay, thank you!
