First of all the people. Champika and his family were the most hospitable host we've ever met. They took care of us like we were their family and for that, we are thankful. They serve free breakfast. You can also request for lunch/dinner. They prepare everything with fresh ingredients, NO MSG, just spices. They have vegetables and fruits from their garden. It's a budget friendly meal but the food won't disappoint. They prepare 3-4 different varieties of vegetables and meat as per request. The place was a real cinnamon paradise. Their place was full of cinnamon trees and they don't use any chemicals that's why there were always harmless animals that pass by. You can connect with nature here. The location was perfect. It's far from the main road so you'll hear less noise. The room was simply amazing. It was clean and they do housekeeping every 3 days. They also show you how they prepare the cinnamon they sell. You can buy it from them for a very fair amount.

The vibe is super relaxed, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect for both the beach and exploring Ahangama. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a cozy stay. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting the south coast of Sri Lanka. 💛

The host was very helpful and flexible with everything. The room with AC exceeded my expectations! The room without AC had a fan which was very nice. I stayed several nights and that’s the reason to that I stayed in different rooms. Overall my experience was very good and would come back!

All I need are my basic necessities, cleanliness, privacy and not feeling judged/ treated differently as a local female traveling alone- all of them were ✅✅✅ Hosting family is really nice and welcoming with a warm smile across their face. Beautiful, very clean villa, comfortable beds, AC, nice pool. Helpful staff, tasty local breakfast. Very quiet neighborhood, sometimes you can hear singing from nearest Buddhist temple. We enjoyed our stay. We can recommend it for groups of friends or families.
