Our stay has been most lovely and welcoming warm, with the owner always having the biggest smile on his face. The location in itself is super beautiful with very cozy and clean rooms,beds and bathrooms as much as a wonderful traditional common area and impressive view from the stunning terrace where we had both dinner in moonrise and breakfast in sunrise. The surrounding villages are equally welcoming and wonderful to explore.

It was a great 2 night in dar Saïda . The house its very clean and very organized. Its calm and very safe please . Close to the airport and the city . It's out of the noise of the old city . Our stay at the villa was simply fantastic! We were a group of 6 friends and found in Abdou and his wife not only warm hosts but also true friends. Abdou was more than a landlord; he was there for us around the clock, from picking us up at the airport to arranging a car rental at a great price and providing valuable tips for our adventure in Marrakech. The villa itself exceeded all our expectations. Fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and iron, we lacked nothing. The location in a guarded new-build village gave us a sense of security, and the outdoor facilities with a modern and clean pool were simply fantastic. Each room had its own bathroom and dressing room, making our stay even more comfortable. We can only warmly recommend this villa and are already considering returning there soon. Many thanks to Abdou and his team for an unforgettable experience! A small note for future guests: The villa is located in a burgeoning new-build area where construction activities are still taking place. Therefore, there may be a bit more noise in the early morning hours. However, this is a temporary situation and is beyond Abdou's control. Nevertheless, this did not affect our stay, and we enjoyed every minute in this wonderful villa. Once again, many thanks to Abdou and his team for their warm hospitality!

The location was in a quite family orientated neighbourhood. Access was easy, although the location of the property was a little difficult to find the owner and his assistant were very responsive so we got there after a little while. The apartment was clean and tidy with access to the terrace and use of a washing machine which was very welcome as we'd been travelling in total for 7 weeks by ths point. The local shops had everything we needed. Cafes, bakeries and souk nearby. The city centre is around 15 minutes taxi drive away as well as Al Mazar mall if needing a supermarket. The neighbours were friendly. The apartment was a little cold over night but there is heating installed so we used that over night(we stayed in December) The apartment was very clean and tidy and it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped too. We enjoyed visiting the local masjid regularly for prayers and buying fruit at the stalls outside afterwards.
