We enjoy the whole stay there, excellent facilities, big nice room, toilet very clean, got hot shower, cozy bed, smart tv ,nice pantry filled up with some food and drinks, got coway , air fryer, microwave, stove, cooking utensil, good location, nice friendly host/owner, our kids enjoy the stay as well especially the swimming pool… We definitely will repeat again to Nalayan Villa keep it up Nalayan Villa

We are extremely disappointed with the hotel host's communication and service. Despite paying for the reservation in advance, we were left waiting for over three hours without any updates. To add insult to injury, they suddenly denied our check-in without any reasonable explanation. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers are unacceptable, ruining the entire experience. We strongly advise against booking with this hotel unless you enjoy wasting time and money on incompetence. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented accommodation.

aircond was cold, i really appreciate it. clean house. strong water pressure, water heater works well, kettle, iron and board, host was generous with extra pillows and blanket. room is as pictured in ad. easy hassle-free checkin/checkout. host initiates to welcome guests and shared info/instructions ahead, way before we arrived. location is very near (abt 9mina) to k.besut jetty. thank you for the good customer service.
