From the moment I booked the apartment, Ruben was very kind and attentive. He provided me with all the necessary information to get to the place and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. He even offered me local tips on the best places to visit and eat in the city. The apartment itself was just wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities one could want, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy and comfortable bed. The place was spacious and light with beautiful views of the city. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was in the heart of Bergen, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. It was very convenient to explore the city on foot. But what really made the difference was Ruben's personalized attention. He was always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. He made sure that everything was in order and that my stay was as pleasant as possible. He even surprised me with little details, like a basket of fresh fruits upon my arrival. In summary, my experience in the apartment in Bergen was absolutely fantastic, in large part thanks to Ruben's exquisite attention. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Not only will they enjoy incredible accommodation, but they will also be greeted with exceptional hospitality. I can't thank Ruben enough for making my stay such a memorable experience!

It was wash from start to finish. The host also picked us up off the boat and delivered us the next day back to the train station. The washing machine is also a dryer so we were able to do our washing and drying. everything you could think that you might need for an overnight stay was there. Microwave dishwasher electric kettle oven top and oven. It was a short stay but one where we were able to get everything we needed done. Thanks Jūratė, you were great as was your place.
