It was lovely to have our own villa of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Gates were always locked and the caretaker let us in at all hours. We arrived at 8pm with no food and no Spanish but with google translate app the caretaker arranged for a pizza delivery and even got change so we could pay for it. Easy 15min walk or short mototaxi ride to main square.

I can’t express how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked the room at a bargain rate for a property of this standard, but then also got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and a transfer from Cusco. To say that we loved staying at Valle Del Sol is a gross understatement. We felt like the dearest guests, with the team attending to all our needs. The manager, Grimaldo, went above and beyond. Not only he picked us from Cusco airport personally, he also arranged us taxis, tours, special meals and helped me get medications as one of us was ill on arrival. The hotel is new, modern and beautiful. Everything is as described, and in perfect condition. Would love to stay here again.

What a stunning place to know as your home in a magical area in the mountain. The family are beautiful, and very wise. They have a sacred connection with the land and kindly share teachings of the history and traditional practices, music and pottery. The facilities are perfect for the price. A comfortable bed hot shower and kitchen with nice steel cooking pots. Fancy staying in tranquility in the mountains with a shop selling all organic groceries just a few minutes away. This is the place to come!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Fany's apartment in Urubamba. It is modern, clean, and nicely furnished and equipped (great kitchen, comfortable beds and living area, hot shower) and it has a beautiful view of green and snow-capped mountains. Good location with great restaurants nearby - we enjoyed Native Peruvian Restaurant and Sukha Urubamba. Bodeguita Abby is an excellent mini-market within walking distance and the center of Urubamba is easily accessible by mototaxi. The calle antigua to Rumichaca Baja is lovely for a walk. Fany is an extremely helpful host and we plan to return for another stay in the future.
