As always, very organised, polite and helpful staff , clean room with almost all the facilities we needed to pass 12 days. My room was bit smaller than before but we had a balcony. Warm and good internet speed most of the time to do my work. I will only use them when i visit the city for my business. Also the other tenants were mostly quiet.

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. The hosts made sure that there was a fresh coffee and tea on my arrival with some sweets and a bottle wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend place to stay. I had a good night sleep. The apartment was close to all amenities and quiet at night for a good night sleep.

Very nice owner of the apartment. She also offers taxi services. She kindly took us to the supermarket, and can also take you to the train station and meet you on arrival. The room is on the first floor and has everything you need, but there are no doors between the rooms. In fact, it is a one-room studio. There is a barbecue outside. The room is in a private house, but five meters from a busy road, so with the windows open it is a little noisy. If you like walking in the park, then two kilometers away there is a beautiful panorama of the Tatar Kurgan. In the summer, it is especially good. The bus stop is 10 meters away, but it is more convenient to use the taxi service of the owner of the apartment. I recommend these apartments.
