The apartment exceeded our expectations and looked exactly like the pictures. It was newly listed, as the construction had just been completed, and for the price, it truly overdelivered. The host, Veronique, was incredibly attentive and ensured that every detail was perfect for our stay. Her husband was also very welcoming, making us feel right at home. We spent the first few days of our vacation in Seychelles here, and it was a fantastic experience. No regrets at all, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Seychelles.

We chose Grace Villa for our last night in Seychelles before flight home, and it was the perfect choice to end our two-week vacation. From the moment we arrived, Debbie, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and truly memorable. The welcome was incredibly warm and the apartment was stunning. It was not only huge and stylish, but also beautifully decorated. The views were breathtaking – a gorgeous panorama of the ocean from the lovely terrace. What truly set Grace Villa was Debbie's exceptional kindness and hospitality. She generously offered us complimentary transportation to local beaches, restaurants, attractions, personally driving us around. She even kindly took us to the airport herself, which was incredibly helpful. The villa's location is so convenient for the airport – just an 8-minute drive! Despite the proximity, we were amazed at how peaceful it was. We only heard two planes taking off over the ocean during our entire stay. We were also incredibly impressed with the thoughtful touches inside the villa. The kitchen was generously stocked with everything we could need for breakfast and more – water, tea, coffee, bread, salami, cheese, butter, milk, eggs, juice, jam, and an enormous and delicious fruit platter! Everything was spotlessly clean – from the rooms and dishes to the towels and bed linen. The kitchen appliances and utensils were also new and stylish. The villa is nestled on a hillside, providing those magnificent ocean views, which were especially magical in the evening under the moonlight. Debbie lives in a house nearby making her readily available to assist with any questions or needs within seconds, at any time. Her whole family also seems to be involved in helping to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

Roland was a very gracious host and made us feel very welcome ! The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay and was very thoughtfully furnished . The view and the pool completed the package. One does need a car , but with a car most attractions are just a short drive away Our only regret was not staying there longer!

Seychelles is the honeymoonest destination there is. :) It's absolutely fantastic and we're extremely happy that we chose this part of the island and this particular accommodation for our stay. I would warmly recommend it to anyone. First of all, Christine was amazing and super helpful with our questions. She helped us organize a tour to Praslin and La Digue and it was in general very nice. The accommodation itself is spacious, it has all facilities you need in the room and free parking available. The bathroom is very big and AC works well. It was right across the university and some elementary/middle school and felt very safe both at day and at night. There are mini markets 2 minutes down the street and fresh fruit market in the morning. There are also fast food options all around. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk from the accommodation, very close. The pictures in the post are from the said (closest) beach and from the famous Anse Royale beach which is a continuation of the closest beach. If you're not very adventurous type, even staying only on these beaches will be great. On the beach they sell some of the best fresh coconuts we've tried on the island. Regarding the advantages of location, if you have a car and want to explore, you're in the middle of the island and perfectly positioned to explore the towns in the north (Victoria and Beau Valon, with Beau Valon beach, 30-40 min drive), pristine but somewhat windy beaches in the south (20 min drive) and paradise beaches in the west (10-15 min drive). The airport is also just a few minutes drive. If we would come again to the island (and we wouldn't have the budget for 4 seasons or Kempinski resorts), we would always choose to come to this accommodation.

    The apartment have all the facilities you need (kitchen appliances, fridge, AC in the bedroom, etc) and looks spotless. The garden is awesome, with a terrace where you can eat or enjoy a drink in the middle of tropical plants and trees. The hosts were very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of information about Seychelles. Also, there is a private parking in the yard. They accept both card or cash payment. Overall, I deffinetly recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable stay in Mahe.
