The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have stayed in several hotels and I have never observed so many staff members who appear to truely enjoy making their customers happy.I got the impression they were happy in their workplace. It was very refreshing to see this.From the minute I checked in until I checked out the staff was very nice. I was surprised at the variety served at the breakfast buffet. I was expecting small boxes of cereal...I was wrong. The location is perfect.Portland is a "walking city". The beds are very comfortable.I was surprised at how well stocked the room was with everything you could need in a hotel room.

The space was clean and welcoming. The welcome binder had lots of good recommendations and info. Close enough to walk to wherever we needed to go - restaurants and bars. Host was super proactive with his messages as well.

Great space, good to have washer/dryer, location was a bit rough but only 15mins walk to downtown.

The Apartment is great, it was super clean, the bed is huge and comfy and the patio is perfect for a morning coffee outside. It’s totally quiet and you can walk in 1 min down to the lake where you can enjoy a fireplace or just take the kayaks. The owners are really dog friendly but even without dog it’s a beautiful place for a weekend away from the hustle. The owners are super easy to talk to. The next city is just 10 min away where you can great breakfast at the bakeshop!

The property is fabulous - location is excellent, the view is amazing and peloton bike made it so much easier to stick to the daily exercise routine. Beds are comfortable, there is plenty of storage and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for what we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby Brunswick and as we went out of season, there was a lot to see and none of the queues. It really is a very magical place.
