Good apartment in the north of Khiva with wifi and AC. The manager and his family were particularly kind and helpful, giving us good advice, letting us use the terrace at their hotel in the centre and giving us a lift to the station.

the location is good. waking distance to the ancient city. the owner is very friendly and the house is very clean. breakfast is big enough including fruits. we forgot the registration card when we left and the owner emailed it to us. very helpful very good people. recommend this place

The family is really kind and nice. They can also provide transfer to and from the railway station and the price is good. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the great breakfast on the terrace.

Very friendly and helpful family. The B&B is in a perfect location in the old city far enough away from the action to be very quiet and peaceful at all times. Super breakfast. We had a tour of the desert fortresses with them. If I'm ever back in Khiva this would be my number one option.
