Our stay couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Madison Urban Stay. From the very first contact, communication with the team was excellent, and even though we arrived at 3 a.m., we were warmly welcomed with genuine kindness and energy. The hotel offers unlimited bottled water, plus tea and coffee available at all times, which is super convenient. The room was spotless and well organized, and cleaning is done every two days, always leaving everything perfect. The washing and drying machines are excellent, and the kitchen has all the essential items, all new and of great quality. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the curtain is amazing: it completely blocks the light and makes the room cozy and dark. The internet connection is also very good. It only became unstable once during a storm, but the team quickly fixed it. But the real highlight was the massage chair, the reason we chose this room. It was absolutely worth it and made the stay even more incredible. The location is good. The hotel is outside the Old Quarter, so most tours don’t offer pickup directly from there, but you can easily order a Didi, and in about 15 minutes you’ll reach the meeting point. There’s also a market just 100 meters away, as well as several cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The reception staff are another highlight: always kind, helpful, and very polite. We’ve been nomads for 7 years, and finding accommodations like Madison Urban Stay is rare. They truly made us feel at home, with comfort, care, and attention to every detail during the two weeks we spent there.

Everything was perfect! • central location next to Ritz-Carlton , so the good/clean area of the central Hanoi • spotless! The attention to detail is amazing! Even better than 4-5 star hotels! • quiet area, even though is next to the main road. • the apartment is equipped with everything! From scissors to microwave, from extra towels to hair dryer. Everything you need! • amazing service! Everything you need and they just help you! The manager is so friendly! • luggage storage! We stayed 2 weeks, on and off because we left to Halong bay and Ha Giang, and they kept our luggages safe. • free laundry! They were so nice to do our laundry for free and just take it and bring it back the same day • the interior design tried to keep the French colonial influences even inside the apartment. Amazed by this accommodation and everything about it. • Always fresh lilies at the reception

I totally recommend it! I stayed just one night at the beginning of my trip, and unfortunately, it was fully booked when I tried to return. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bathroom. The price–quality ratio is excellent. It’s perfectly located near the bus stop that connects to the airport, yet set at the end of a small alley, which makes it very quiet. Highly recommended!

We loved our apartment, it felt like home. It was at the 7 floor, with an amazing view. It has everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, toiletteries). Very clean! Kind staff. There is also a common area where you can refill water for free. I loved that it seemed like they pay a lot of attention to the environment issues and try to choose sustainable options. Great location, on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants (15/20 minutes walk from the old quarter).

It was good value for money. Staff were so kind and helpful and the apartment had everything a family would need. It was very convenient with separate rooms for the children and a kitchen and washing machine also.

Check in was easy. There was a small kitchen area, comfortable bed and towels. Price was good thinking about the room itself. It was good for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is small but fantastic. They have an air fryer as well! The only real thing missing is forks. The staff are a little bit annoying but they just mean well. The bed is comfortable but not the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay again!
