Well situated in the Sheikh Zayed Road district of Dubai, DAMAC Maison Aykon City Dubai is set 4.6 km from Burj Khalifa, 5.4 km from Dubai Mall and 5.5 km from The Dubai Fountain. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is a restaurant serving international cuisine, and free private parking is available. I specially pose my deepest appreciation to Noura and Abdullah giving us a great hospitality. Our stay was great nothing much to complaints about.

Room has very wide bed (can fit 2 adults and a toddler easily). TV has YouTube on it, also very handy with kids. Location is perfect. In the center if Marina, close to Mall, bridge and kids playgrounds. In 5-15 minutes you can walk to any attraction in the area. We arrived very early, but got checked in right away, which was convinient. Absolutely exceptional room service, great attention to details. Thanks to Mehedi and his team for going above and beyond on everything. Also water bottles are included and added daily, helps with not having to think about water supply. Loved it, would come again.

Staff will make you feel welcome they will go extra lengths to make your stay better. Would stay there again and recommend to everyone looking for a good accommodation in a good location.

Super clean rooms, staff were very accomodating. We changed our minds several times and accidentally made wrong booking, David went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had an amazing weekend . Allen also served us great. We got several perks to compensate for our mistake which was incredibly generous. Thank you so much guys and see u very soon!

The 104 residential suites features views of the waterfront, with full-height glass window walls. Suites include a balcony, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate living area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All suites are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location is JUST PERFECT. There's a great Carrefour supermarket right next to the apartments, the marina was amazing and the apartment was HUGE. Incredibly new, clean and with superb service from everyone. Will 100% come back.
