We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and everything was perfect. Our room had a beautiful terrace, and the rooms are modern and brand new. The spa is just amazing, with a wonderful pool to relax in. The location is excellent, the staff extremely attentive, and both the breakfast and the restaurant were absolutely outstanding – a 10/10 experience!

Absolutely great stay! Nice house, very well equiped, comfortable rooms and beds. Really clean!!! The house is in quiet part of Salcburg, so we really enjoyed stay. Coffee machine with coffee was a great benefit. Thank you, we really did enjoy and it was 10/10!!! great stay!

The house has 3 apartments, the one we lived is semi-underground, but with floor-heating and windows, we did not feel uncomfortable. The other 2 apartments have better view, if you want to enjoy the views, maybe better to pay a little bit more and book the ones upstairs. The rooms are clean and morden, kitchen is well equipped, suits all our needs, the owner is helpful, we called 3 times to him for questions and favors, he always answered quickly and provided answers or helps.

Brand new hotel with a very nice design. SPA area is great and the temperature in the the pool is perfect for winter - it is usually a bit cold in the thermal pools for us, but here it was perfect. We didn’t interact with the staff much except at the checkin (there was an issue with the self check in). The lady from the hotels restaurant helped us right away and she was super nice! Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name. We did not try hotel breakfast as the village has so many restaurants. For the skiers - there are many elevators from all sides of the hotel surrounding.

A wonderfully located small farm, where you get to stay in a big, freshly finished, comfortable flat that has every bit of comfort features you normally would expect living in a city center. Everything from full sized and fully equipped kitchen, through bedroom, bathroom to the TV couch is new and of high quality. But the real magic is the location - apart from two or three other houses in the proximity, there are basically no neighbors for quite some distance, making this place a true Alpine nature retreat. Apart from a few farm animals, there are no noises whatsoever. Apart from your own room, there are also no artificial light sources. At night all you can hear is an occasional owl in the woods and you can see all the stars in the sky. And at the same the drive to the nearest towns at the shores of the beautiful nearby lakes takes 10mins. As relaxation holiday spots for the overworked and overstressed go - this is pretty much as good as it gets! And Franz, the owner of this place must be the most smiling guy in the region - certainly feels that way:) Wholeheartedly recommend this place!
