Comfortable, spacious and clean. It had little extras and everything we needed (complimentary food and drinks, tea, coffee, salt and pepper and sauce etc) that made our trip very easy.

I also loved the tasteful decorating/staging effort put into the home. I call it a home because I can feel the love put into hosting people, which highlighted me on this occasion. LOVED the Rat Pack print upstairs... oh the memories... Thank you Mike for speaking Te Reo Maori to welcome me. I appreciate your effort and excellent pronounciation...lol but it showed to me that you loved one of my whaanau because you both connected across the entertainment industry and clearly you were both amazing in that industry. I loved the view of the lake from the main bedroom, but you get great views from both front facing bedrooms too.

There was a basket of mini cereal packets and snacks which was an unexpected surprise as well as a 6 pack of mini long life milk in the fridge. The pantry has the basics like salt, pepper, variety of herbs, oil, tomato sauce etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a pod coffee maker and a supply of pods. Large fridge. Overall very clean with thoughtful decor. Bathroom has pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms have air conditioners. Linen is in good condition. No problem communicating with the host. Location is a very short drive to the Swansea shops and the Swansea RSL serves quite good, generous meals and the staff are very friendly. Caves Beach shops also a close drive. Would stay there again.
