The communication prior to our stay was great with Simon suggesting trips etc. the check in process was really straight forward and again Simon suggested restaurants and things to do, these were also summarised on a sheet inside the apartment. Everyone one of Simon's recommendations was fantastic! The apartment itself is stunning. So clean and modern, it felt like a real treat to stay there! It's fully equipped with everything you need, including pool towels. We enjoyed it so much we got takeout some nights for dinner instead of going out! The pool is great too!

Before my stay, I sent the property a note explaining that I have severe allergies and very sensitive skin — I get insect bites easily, and my body reacts badly if the place isn’t perfectly clean. I asked them to please make sure the apartment, bed sheets, and blankets were spotless because I was coming for a holiday and really wanted to relax without any health issues ruining my trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing. Sam, who welcomed us so warmly and professionally at the reception and Lea. Sam kindly offered to store our luggage until check-in time (around 2 pm) and gave us helpful tips about the area and activities nearby. When we finally entered the room, I was so impressed. Everything was sparkling clean — the sheets, the towels, the kitchen, and the bathroom. There was not a single sign of dust or insects, and the room smelled fresh and pleasant. I didn’t experience any allergic reaction during my stay, which is rare for me. I truly appreciated how carefully they had prepared the room. I stayed for four nights from 23th Oct- 27th Oct 2025, and I never needed to ask for anything extra because everything was already there — towels, tissues, kitchen equipment, blankets — all in perfect condition. Still, they told me I could always contact them anytime if I needed something, which made me feel very well taken care of. Every day, I would go out to explore Airlie Beach and come back to a clean, comfortable, peaceful apartment. It really felt like home away from home. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the main Airlie Beach area and the marina. When we checked out, Lauren was so kind and helpful. I want to sincerely thank them for their excellent hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free. I absolutely highly recommend Waterview Airlie Beach to anyone visiting the area — especially if cleanliness and comfort are your top priorities. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
