I dont usually give out 10s easily, but this one is really the best value for money I found in my many travels. A luxury vila for the whole family, clean, spacious, cofortable, new and a nice small private pool on the roof for half the price the room in a nearby resort costs. It really deserves a 10 as there was absolutely nothing wrong and whole family was super happy to stay here.

This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

Owner met us on arrival and was very helpful letting us know about the property facilities. The location was great, very easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and also very handy for the Mayan attractions nearby. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

This is truly a place you will call home immediately. The house is built and decorated to perfection and would make an awesome fit for the Netflix series "the world's most amazing vacation rentals". The architecture combines inside and outside with an outdoor kitchen and various seating areas. Enjoy the hummingbirds, tukans and the beautiful jungle around you. You have a private riverside seating area as well with the option to swim. Two cute dogs will welcome you in the morning and when you return from a tour or dinner. Ant it comes with lots of extras: strong wifi, washing machine and dryer, super comfy towels, a hammock, many kitchen devices. The owner is friendly and quick in responding, there is the option to book tours, and Albert, the caretaker of the house, is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this region and the cabine is available, book it!

We stayed at Casa Sophia and bird watched while drinking coffee in the glorious open kitchen/living room space. The house and Hadas’s design touch are boho Belize!!! Loved it all!!

They served us like royalty and treated us as if we were family. I would stay at Villa Massis every time I visit Bullet Tree!!!! Everytime I visit Belize!

It was so nice to have our own little villa in the rainforest. The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.

We had the Deluxe Villa with the 139m² and it was amazing - it is a rooftop villa with external showers and outdoor kitchen, the view was just amazing and the pool (just built, brand new, gorgeous) just two stories below us! Location is very good, a little outside of the city. There is a room service available every day and it is very clean and you have everything needed (including coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and a lot of utensils).

No noise from streets or next door rooms. The posted facility pictures are real. Very clean and almost new towels and bedding sheets. No bad sewage gas smell that is fairly common in Central America hotels. Good AC and fan. Good kitchen suitable for people like us with diabetes care needs. Each room is stocked with its own dishes, cups and silverware. Easy check in process. They definitely delivered the promised facility and service. Good information was provided. When I reported the TV controller not working after checking in, they immediately offered us to change to another room with good working TV. I extended my stay for one more day there because of the good conditions. The conditions and services are much better than most hotels in our nine countries Latin America this time at this price range.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was amazing and the location was great. Belize is an amazing place to visit.
