Great apartment for our family, spacious, clean and everything so well explained. The parking spot reserved for the apartment was a plus. Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

Uncomplicated and efficient communication. We booked on short notice and everything went well! Very cosy cabin.

Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

It's a lovely spacious, airy apartment, fitted with all amenities, including washing machine. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the second with a shower. Spacious lounge and dining, delightful kitchen, stocked with essentials. Large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax on and soak in the super view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. And yet, you can walk to the supermarket and bus stop in 3 minutes, and from there you can take a bus that runs every 15 to 30 minutes to Bellinzona, Giubiasco, and Locarno. The interior is calm and comfortable, and the facilities and consumables are well-equipped and easy to use. The owners are a very kind couple, and they live upstairs so you can ask them anytime.

The apartment is perfectly clean, instructions to get there were very clear, all is new and has all necessary to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen with full appliances plus essentials like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Experience The Loft! LOFT 18, downtown, near the lake FREE PARKING available bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Lugano, op 19 minuten lopen van treinstation Lugano, en biedt gratis WiFi,... Alles was aanwezig en schoon. Je kan er koken en het was binnen aangenaam qua temperatuur.Het is een comfortabel verblijf waar wij 1 nacht hadden verbleven om door te reizen naar Italië. Ook was het op loopafstand naar het meer. De host was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
