The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

An excellent place to stay in Punta Arenas! The location was fantastic, the property was cozy and inviting, and the owners went above and beyond with their attentiveness and support. I was especially grateful for how accommodating they were, allowing me to store my bags even after check-out, which meant so much. I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

Rooms: Warm , clean and tidy. Toilets and showers: brand new and super clean! Location: 10 min from the bus station and from downtown. There is a big supermarket next to to prepare for your hikes. There is a big garden where they do some activities or where you can have the first coffee while staring at the pink sky during sunrise .

Across the street from the bus station which was really convenient for us but a little further walking distance to the main part of town.

Full of amenities. It is not in the city center, but it only requires a short walk to the main important places. The reception was very warm and efficient.

This is an excellent place to stay to explore Torres del Paine National Park. It is located in a serene area overlooking the beautiful sea and mountains. It is also just a short distance away from the Puerto Natales town center, which has plenty of good restaurants to satisfy your needs for gourmet foods. Javier is an excellent host. He is very customer focus and helped to arrange all the tours we needed to explore Torres del Paine National Park. He also did the pick-up and sent-off for us, arranged for our laundry and taxi pick-up to town. He also has a very friendly dog named 'Teo', which greeted you every time you return to the cabin! The cabin is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub is a big bonus to soothe our tired bodies in the evenings after spending a day exploring Torres del Paine National Park! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Puerto Natales again!
