The place was decorated very nicely. Everything was sparkling clean. We found a booklet explaining everything regarding the house, transportation, internet access, etc. Even we saw the good night sweets on pillows :) The kitchen was perfect too. We found everything we needed. The grocery store is within walking distance. The bus stops are close by. I went there by my own car but it is also possible to use the public transport. The place is approx 10 km from the city center but to reach the city center was also easy. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean, a good size, excellent wifi, was well equipped and the location is ideal. It is walkable to supermarkets, shopping gallarias, train stations (Mitte and Hbf) and the beautiful Schwerin Castle and Gardens. There is a lovely view of the Castle from the apartment. Just be aware the apartment is on the third floor with access only by stairs The check in and check out was very easy with clear instructions. The bedroom faces the back area of the nearby buildings so it is quiet for sleeping. The host was very helpful and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend for a stay in Schwerin.
