I stayed there for 9 nights very recently. There are three reasons why I rate this hostal so highly. Firstly, comfort. I had a full one bedroom apartment with all amenities. The unit is bright, very high ceilings, excellent AC, full kitchen, clean and has great Galápagos character. Secondly, value. This is incredible value! Thirdly and most of all, the hosts - they are such a charming and real couple. Anita and her husband Danielle are the real deal. They are most gracious. Thank you guys.

Alfredo showed me parts of his fruit farm and let me know I could help myself to as much as I please. It’s only 3 dollars in a taxi to the town at any time, but Alfredo will take you for just 2 dollars if he is available.

Clean, spacious and in calm area, but walking distance from the city center/harbor. Host very kind and helpful.

Located less than 1 km from Puerto Villamil Beach, Suite Golden Beach offers accommodation with a patio. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment has family rooms. The photos are accurate, the place is exactly as shown. The place is always perfectly clean and fresh. The beds and pillows were by far one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in after several months of travelling. The AC worked great in the room. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Towels were changed every 2 days. Room was made every day. Key is provided for the room and the front door. The location is quiet and about 10 minutes walking to the centre or port. The host is always around to answer questions and provide recommendations. Also big plus was the snorkel gear provided free of charge (Cressi brand too!) Would stay here again!
