He helped us with everything we needed, including transportation, entrance to the temple, food, a boat ride, and actually everything we needed help for whether big or small. He was very nice and made sure we are not in need of anything, with a smile. Also the apartment was great and clean and space was well utilized. It had everything we needed for a short stay, like water, juice, soap, instant coffee and tea. Also location wise it was very good, and close to the bus station, the hotel where the host works and can provide help when you need it, and the Abu Simbel temple itself. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the temple, but you also can take a tuktuk if you want.

We arrived late in evening,and they waited for us on airport,what was really helpful.Short ride on the boat and we arrived.It is located right on the river Nile,with beautiful views..Staying here was so relaxing and peaceful,food was excellent with amazing breakfast and really good coffee.Just few steps from the 2 really good restaurants,and ferry. Amazing experience filled with Egyptian cuisine and culture.. We will be back 😊❤️

We enjoyed our stay at the guest house very much with Ramadan’s hospitality. He did his best to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Abu Simbel Temple is 15-min away by foot from the guest house. Ramadan can book the boat ride to see the temple from lake Nassar which was an amazing experience.

The breakfast was quite nice. The elderly lady who runs the place was very kind and helpful. Thanks for the oranges! :D Hostel is located on Elephantine Island, close to the port. Since the roads of Elephantine Island are mostly unpaved, wheeled luggage can be a bit challenging to use. The rooms had an authentic feel. In the hostel, the shower area and toilet are not separated, but interestingly, this didn’t cause us any inconvenience during our use.
