He received us with his boat and took us to the hotel, and he was very welcoming. He helped us find transportation when we were kind of stuck and didn't know how to move in Aswan, and he also took us on a tour the the Nubian town and transported us as many times as we wanted and he charged us really fairly. He even had breakfast for us ready when we had to wake up super early to go to Abu Simbel and even gave my mother in law a massage to help her with her back problem. Really, an amazing host.

And also when I had to leave early for temple he made a take away breakfast box.

Hamada took us to show us around the island, we rowed across the Nile and took a camel ride to st. Simeon monastary. Nubian people are truly beyond hospitable, they even invited us to have a tea with them in their house. The location is easily accessible by ferry, surroundings is peaceful.
