We had an issue with the pool, being drained out the days that we booked, and when we told them about it, they were very accommodating, and gave us a percentage back of our money. They helped us book taxis anything we wanted

The hotel is right off the Plaza Espana and close to squares, shops and restaurants. Also a short walk or bus ride from the train station so very easy to get around. We were very happy with this selection and we would stay here again. There is a mini bar in the lobby stocked with water and soft drinks that are free to guests. Snacks are also provided.

The house is very clean and everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
