Great Location, close to the airport and there is a train station very near to the apartment, plenty of bars and restaurants! The host was very pleasant & kind, highly recommended!

Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. The room was very cosy, comportable. It was also good that all the home appliances for cooking in the room. The location of the residence was also great. I hated to leave the residence.

This bed and breakfast offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything about our stay in Villa Romana was more than perfect! The place is very stylish, modern, with amazing interior and exterior design! We also met the owner, she is an amazing woman, very polite and professional. We’ll be happy to visit it again!

At the aparthotel, every unit includes bed linen and towels. Stayed in this studio for several days and was very pleased. The apartment fully met my expectations: Accommodation: Modern, very warm studio with quality renovation. All furniture and appliances are new, kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable stay. Pleasant surprises included a welcome bottle of wine and bottled water in the room. Location: Excellent central location - many attractions within walking distance, which is very convenient for exploring the city. Service: Hosts are very attentive and responsive, quick to answer any questions. Free cleaning and linen change are included. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Navigation: The apartment is easy to find, no difficulties locating the address. Overall - this is one of the best accommodations I've had in recent years of travel. Definitely recommend and would stay here again myself.

At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. The outdoor space is excellent and the kitchen is functional and clean. The house is just a couple blocks from the beach, conveniently located. The owner is kind and helpful. There are free umbrellas to borrow for the beach. The beach is clean and gorgeous.

Great location on a relatively quiet street but near good restaurants, cafes and Place Garibaldi

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. The apartment was nice, new and very stylish. It had all the amenities that you might want for a short stay. There was lots of paid street parking right next to the apartment and there was a parking garage about 70 metres away. It is VERY close to the beach and various shops, restaurants, cafes, groceries etc. The owner, Nina, met us at 22:30, gave us the keys and answered all of our questions about the apartment, parking and everything else we needed to know. She was extremely nice and gave us a late checkout! We are very grateful for her help and hospitality and look forward to staying at her apartment once again in the near future.

It is a super apartment close to all amenities, and a short walk from Nice old port. The apartment itself is newly renovated, the beds are very comfy and everything is modern and clean. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay in Nice (there were 4 of us staying, myself, partner and parents) and was very comfortable. The Nice Riquier train station is 2 minutes walk away and we were able to easily travel to and from the airport, as well as a few day trips to Monaco, and Villefranche. There are many Boulangeries nearby which we used everyday. The host Marion was super! and helped us with all our questions and was able to advise of specific details for our stay. We had an Amazing Stay, and will definitely like to stay again in apartment le Francis next time we are in Nice.
