The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

Prato Home - apartment near the beach in Menton bevindt zich in Menton, op een paar minuten lopen van Marche-strand en 11 km van Grimaldi Forum Monaco, en biedt accommodatie met voorzieningen zoals... The apartment was nice, new and very stylish. It had all the amenities that you might want for a short stay. There was lots of paid street parking right next to the apartment and there was a parking garage about 70 metres away. It is VERY close to the beach and various shops, restaurants, cafes, groceries etc. The owner, Nina, met us at 22:30, gave us the keys and answered all of our questions about the apartment, parking and everything else we needed to know. She was extremely nice and gave us a late checkout! We are very grateful for her help and hospitality and look forward to staying at her apartment once again in the near future.

Studio vieille ville tout équipé sans ascenseur ligt in Menton, op 3 minuten lopen van Strand van Les Sablettes en 12 km van Grimaldi Forum Monaco, en biedt accommodatie met voorzieningen zoals gratis... Zeer functioneel ingericht appartement met van alle gemakken voorzien. Een goed bed. Goed ingerichte keuken met Nespresso. Overal stopcontacten. Lekkere regendouche. Frisse handdoeken en vooral erg schoon. De straat is stil dus je kunt met alle gemak de ramen geheel open laten. Het contact met de host is erg vriendelijk en de uitleg voor verblijf en parkeren is duidelijk. De getoonde foto’s geven een zeer realistisch beeld van het appartement.

Le Francis - Riquier Port de Nice ligt in Nice, op 1,7 km van Plage des Bains Militaires en 14 minuten lopen van MAMAC, en biedt accommodatie met voorzieningen zoals gratis WiFi en een flatscreen-tv. We had a lovely stay at Le Francis. It is a super apartment close to all amenities, and a short walk from Nice old port. The apartment itself is newly renovated, the beds are very comfy and everything is modern and clean. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay in Nice (there were 4 of us staying, myself, partner and parents) and was very comfortable. The Nice Riquier train station is 2 minutes walk away and we were able to easily travel to and from the airport, as well as a few day trips to Monaco, and Villefranche. There are many Boulangeries nearby which we used everyday. The host Marion was super! and helped us with all our questions and was able to advise of specific details for our stay. We had an Amazing Stay, and will definitely like to stay again in apartment le Francis next time we are in Nice.
