Close to arena birmingham if you are visiting for a concert or other event. The staff was very helpful. Definitely worth it, would visit again.

We slept well and comfortably, for being a central area neither inside nor outside noice were a problem. John was super nice and amicable, he helped us in everything we needed. Location is a 10/10, centric enough to be able to walk almost anywhere or take the underground quickly.

Our superior apartment was spacious and perfectly suited for a family with two adults and a toddler. The location is excellent - conveniently close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and the tube. The apartment is equipped with everything one may need while staying with a child. The laundry service was icing on the cake. I also appreciate a swift response and a quick resolution when we experienced a power outage early on Sunday morning. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

In a prime location in the centre of Chester, The Hotel Chester is within less than 1 km of Chester Racecourse and 6.4 km of Chester Zoo. This 5-star hotel offers luggage storage space. The hotel features a hot tub, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Everything the rooms the cleanliness the stuff the location everything was amazing but one of the room wasn’t air conditioning

We were ground floor with terrace, table and chairs outside. Good natual light. Bus in and out of city was 30min and cheaper than tube. 10min walk to tube station. Decent kitchen and bathroom. Has aircon. 24hr helpful front desk. Some bad reviews, mostly for basement, if using sofa bed then space around beds is limited as beds almost touching. Shower temperature fluctuates, but not as badly as many places. Quiet area. 25min walk to Camden markets and 1hr walk to Oxford Street, or take the bus. We would stay again.
