Absolutely amazing hostel! 🌟 I stayed here for a few days and was genuinely impressed. Everything went smoothly from the start — the receptionist was super friendly, check-in was quick, and I could pay by card on the spot, which was super convenient. The beds deserve a special mention — they’re really wide and super comfy, I slept like a baby. 🛏️ The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the entire place, so it was cool and comfortable even in the heat. And the best part? It was quiet and peaceful — ideal for proper rest. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s even a coffee machine — perfect for starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee. ☕ Another huge bonus: free laundry! A total lifesaver while traveling. Wi-Fi was stable, the common area was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and chill. Great place for a budget-friendly but comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! 🙌

Ψάχναμε για ένα μέρος με ωραία θέα και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα, και αυτό το κατάλυμα τα είχε όλα! Το προτείνω αν ψάχνετε για καθαρό, καινούριο δωμάτιο με καταπληκτική θάλασσα και τιμές που δεν πληγώνουν το πορτοφόλι!

Very clean, with a friendly receptionist who kindly let us leave our luggage free of charge. I have very good memories of the stay. Highly recommended!

Το Batumi floor40 προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων μπροστά στη θάλασσα στο Μπατούμι. Έχει ιδιωτική παραλία, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και μπαρ. Simply the best view that I’ve ever had in my life! Feeling like being in the sky and seeing everything on the ground! The breakfast was also tasty thanks to the head chef but you need to remember to make it earlier to the lounge since during the high season and during the rush hour it might overload. We would make it there by 8-8:30 and could always eat in peace and enjoy. Special thanks to the manger whose office is near by(just a few rooms away from each side) and he’s always available to help you. Staying here made our honeymoon memorable. If I ever come back to batumi I’m gonna definitely make it there.

I absolutely loved my stay in this cozy apartment on the 19th floor! The view of the sea was breathtaking - waking up to it every morning was a real treat. The place is beautifully renovated, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is fantastic - attentive, responsive, and clearly takes great care of the property. No wonder this place has a perfect 10/10 rating! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful getaway by the sea. Will definitely book again! The location is great too - close to everything but still quiet. 10/10 experience! 🔥

Our experience here was perfect in every way. Starting with the view, to the perfect cottage, with the hot tub and the wood stove and the Christmas atmosphere thay created for us. It's my and my wife's honeymoon and we really think it might be one of the most special nights we've had. We couldn't ask for a better place to celebrate, to enjoy together and to soak up the winter Christmas atmosphere. sure that we will come back one more time. The atmosphere in the place is very romantic, there is a restaurant with great food that makes deliveries to the room, the TV in the room works well and you can play a movie on Netflix with the background of the snow in the window and because we had so much fun, we wanted to stay longer, so the owner of the place agreed for us to check out late. In conclusion, our experience was perfect and we really recommend the place.
