Was very tidy and clean and new looking. Right off the Main Street so close to everything. Just a very relaxing place and the host was so kind and helpful.

Wonderfull view on the balcony, only 50 meters walking to a desolate beach. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I came there to windsurf/ wing foil and surf locations are near the airport (Chicken bay, Devils bay) but it's not so nice environment to stay there. It's only 15 minutes (beautiful) drive from this surf spots to Fokia beach and you will need a car on Karpathos anyway. Also check the beautiful hikes around Pigadia and around Lastos Kali Limni. Ok worth to mention are the comfortable beds and the studios are clean. I stayed there for 10 days and will be back

Renata’s apartments are bright and air conditioned featuring light coloured furnishings. They all include a kitchenette equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle and mini fridge. They also consist of a living room and a separate bedroom. The apartment was really spacious and clean with a breathtaking view! It was so convenient having a fully equipped kitchen,bathroom and living room. The location was exceptional, really close to both the town and some of the beaches. As for Niki the owner, she is a wonderful young woman, really polite and knowledgeable about the area. Always there for you.

Bright and airy, the simply furnished studios and apartments of White House have a kitchenette or a kitchen with dining area. Each air-conditioned unit is equipped with a fridge, cooking hobs and a TV. Some units also include a stove. The private bathroom comes with a shower. What I appreciated the most about the accommodation was the owner. He was always kind and willing to help. He often asked if everything was alright and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly and attentive attitude really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

Eleni and her staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic - truly felt like a home away from home. Despite our last-minute reservation that we made about an hour before arriving at the hotel, Eleni prioritized that our room would be made ready ASAP and invited us to enjoy a coffee on the beautiful terrace during a very brief wait. Born and raised on the island, she is a wealth of information and a very warm and welcoming host. The facilities are beautiful - quiet, clean, well-maintained, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable for a family, including a kitchenette stocked with all the utensils you need to cook small meals. The sunset views were amazing! The pool was excellent and the hotel is a short walk from 2 beaches, a supermarket, bakery, several restaurants and the main square of Arkasa, a very pleasant town.
