The villas are very spacious, SUPER clean to every detail. Very comfy bed, huge bathroom w a lovely stone bathtub, storm water pressure and everything provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes etc. Slippers, bathrobe for bathroom and kimono for relaxing provided. Free very nice bicycles, they collect you from the port and bring you back to the port. Full checks of ph, chlorine levels etc in the pool. Well stocked kitchen w everything you can imagine including fully stocked drinks fridge, snack basket etc. The villas a fully maintained, modern design, ceiling fans exterior and interior, A/C, I could go on. It’s an amazing place from start to finish. But above the place being fantastic the staff is the most amazing and helpful even at 2am when we had a little medical emergency. The staff went beyond what was expected to be helpful. We had a special birthday while staying there and the staff decorated to whole room to perfection w fresh flowers. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The host and staff were great. They were always ready to assist but also gave us privacy. It really is the dream location. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch taking in the salt breeze and the ocean sounds. Thoroughly recommend.

You will be meet by the most kind and helpful staff and the villa is to die for. Remember to read the little guest book in your room that has lovely words and great recommendations from former guests.

Το The Sanctuary - Private pool villas βρίσκεται στο Gili Air, σε απόσταση 5χλμ. από το Gili Trawangan. Διαθέτει μοναδικά σχεδιασμένες βίλες που περιβάλλονται από κοκοφοίνικες και φοίνικες. The accommodation was really great! It was very clean and everything was really beautiful! We enjoyed the great breakfast in the lovely outdoor living room every morning. The staff was extremely friendly and they served a great breakfast. (You can order it in the evening and they serve it at a time that suites you!) We would love to come back and I would definitely recommend anyone staying at this lovely place!

Το Akasia Villas βρίσκεται στο Gili Air, σε απόσταση 5χλμ. από το Gili Trawangan. Το κατάλυμα απέχει 7χλμ. από το Tanjung και προσφέρει θέα στις ιδιωτικές εξωτερικές πισίνες. We simply loved our stay at the Akasia Villas (two bedroom villa w private pool). Already before our stay we received info on how to best reach the villa, contact name and numbers. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cool towel and a drink. Further information on Gili Air, nearby restaurants, medical support if needed etc was shared as pdf via WhatsAppp. When entering our villa we were shown our little paradise for four nights, also a little private welcome note and toys for our kids waited for us there. The garden area with the pool and open kitchen is designed in a simple, beautiful manner, inviting us to relax or play there. Breakfast was served directly in our villa and nicely arranged on plates (pre-order the night before). All of the staff was super friendly, helpful and responsive (directly at reception or via WhatsApp), i.e. for organising bikes including kids‘ seats or laundry. Turtle snorkling point is less than 5 mins away per bike. Our kids loved going around the island on the bikes and of course the horse drawn carriage taxis. As we were on the end of our vacation, we did not have much wiggle room for making changes to our itinerary, but we still extended for one night (and would have stayed longer if possible). Sunny was the BEST host. My tv wasn’t working and I asked her for help because I like to watch it when I sleep. It still wouldn’t work for Netflix and I told her it was okay but an hour later she put a whole different TV in the room! She also hooked me up with the best tours that I had an amazing time on for a great price. The stay was so cozy and I really felt at home which was nice to feel being so far from my actual home. There also is an AMAZING street food spot that opens at 10 pm that is just steps away. The best meal I had there and could easily get it every night :) super close walking distance to so much too. It was a great spot. thank you so much sunny for being such a great host!
