The property is located on the Northern side of the river with a quick to the centre of town. Top end facilities. Luxurious, spacious bedrooms, large living & kitchen area. On site parking is available. We arrived at 11am knowing that check in was 3pm. The staff offered to look after our bags & allowed access to their Carpark so we could start exploring town. We were delighted when the staff suggested we get settled in our apartment as it was service & available. We received complimentary chocolates, mineral water & a bottle of white wine which was a nice touch. The apartment exceeded our expectations from the marketing information.

There was a lovely fragrance in the property, I'm not sure if it was from the fresh flowers in the main room but it was lovely. The location right next to Baggot Street is amazing. The bed was very comfy, the linen and quilt were gorgeous, the broadband and Tv were high quality. I loved staying here. it was a lovely touch to leave some snacks and water as well. Also providing the chargers and hair dryer was a great idea.

Lovely space for us to stay while visiting family in Dublin, right on the seafront. Appreciated how warm the place was as the weather was chilly. Super friendly hosts. Would highly recommend.

We spent the first night of our stay in Ireland in this wonderful place — and it was definitely the best time! If I could, I would rate it higher than 10. The room was beautifully decorated (stylish and well-kept), with crystal tableware. The bathroom was comfortable, with very high-quality cosmetics. But what truly makes this place so charming are the exceptionally welcoming and caring hosts. Thank you so much for making us feel so warmly received — as if we weren’t strangers at all. Thank you for your attention, the conversation, the delicious breakfast, and the honest, homely atmosphere. We only regret that we couldn’t stay again. But we will be back!
