The home was newly built and had all the amenities including inverter, wifi, geyser for a comfortable stay. The host had been extremely helpful in providing suggestions, helpful tips and things to do right from the beginning. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this property.

A very lovely guesthouse with superb location. Right by a canal, close to the public ferry jetty and bus station, walking distance to small shops. It offers a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. The best part of this guesthouse is the lovely, friendly, and welcoming owner family who tries to help guests in every way. They also has their own canoe for boat rides. Also, the cleanness isn't sacrificed for the affordable price.

SeaCoast Inn FortKochi bevindt zich in Fort Kochi, op 7 minuten lopen van Fort Kochi Beach en 400 meter van Kochi-Muziris Biennale. We spent four nights at SeaCoast at the end of our trip, and it was a little oasis. Cool, comfortable rooms, fantastic shower, beautiful building, carefully curated. Great (really great!) breakfasts, and such a lovely host! Shan is creating a beautiful, welcoming space in Fort Kochi. Very near literally everything: all of the sites and the best cafes and restaurants. Seaside only a few hundred meters away. We would certainly return, and highly recommend anyone to stay at SeaCoast Inn!

AVANTI CASTELLO bevindt zich in Guruvāyūr, op 2,8 km van Guruvayur-tempel en 21 km van Amala Institute of Medical Sciences. Avanti Castello is a homestay and the apartment felt like home. Comfortable bed, sofa, dining room table and chairs and very clean bathroom with toiletries. The kitchen was very nice and we used it everyday.

The Barracks Cochin is gelegen in Kochi op 12 minuten lopen van Fort Kochi Beach en 300 meter van Kochi-Muziris Biennale. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi en een zithoek. The bedroom is located in a beautiful colonial House. Comfortable and clean we really enjoyed staying there. 10 min walk from the harbour it was quiet. Breaksfast is stunning.

Kalappura Houseboats & Tours bevindt zich op minder dan 1 km van tempel Mullakkal Rajarajeswari, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een gedeelde keuken. I was a little worried about our stay on the houseboat as there are so many to choose from. However, as soon as I stepped on the boat I knew I had made the right decision. It is spotless and tidy. It is well kept. The owners met with us both to share the history of the houseboats and the local area. We had a wonderful cook and captain who took care of us throughout our stay. We were on a one bedroom boat which I highly recommend and we paid an additional fee for a trip down the narrow side canals the next morning: you must do this as you see local village life. The bed is enormous and all clean and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this houseboat again. There are many on the water but many are large and not well maintained. This boat is very clean and offers a more authentic experience.

Crossroads Hostel 1957 was such a welcoming place to arrive at. Aflah really took care of me on arrival as I was exhausted from a long journey from Kochi and Kozhikode. My room was upgraded and Sundar promptly made me a delicious lunch. In fact Sundar was a master in the kitchen, and all meals are prepared for guests. It is a very chill place to visit, grab a bike or pick a book to read enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Oh and Trance the dog will adopt you immediately, he is so gorgeous.

Baba Luru's bevindt zich in Varkala en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. I stayed in a female dorm room and there were no bunk beds, but two simple beds which I really appreciated. We were only two girls in one room. There are two other rooms like that on the ground floor so in total 6 girls in 3 rooms. (And then there are the double rooms upstairs.) This way the vibe is really chill, absolutley not like a crowded hostel where they want to fit in as many people as possible in a tiny space. Feels more like a little community where people can mingle if they choose to but also have their own space (even though they stay in shared rooms). Keegan is a gracious & flexible host, a relaxed and fun guy. He clearly enjoys his job and makes his guests feel welcome. The doggies are fun as well ;)
