The most important is how well thought of the whole apartment and the building where apartment was located. Everything is brand new with latest technology implemented including electric window coverings that block the sun that you can close by pushing a button inside your room. Great beds and living room, big bathroom and high ceilings. We were on the first floor in a 2 bedroom + 1 living room apartment so we also had a private yard which was very spacious and decorated with greenery. The location is very good including reserved parking under the shad of the roof. On the roof there is a small jacuzzi type of tub, lounge chairs and shower with a beautiful view of yachts parked across the road. But what makes it even more special is the hospitality of owners that you feel right away from the beginning until we checked-out! Amazing place!

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Ponte Sappioni. Ours was on the first floor, overlooking part of the pool. The amenities were perfect. Everything you need was there. The air conditioning is invaluable, as during our visit—mid-August—it was over 30°C, which didn't really cool down at night. We cooled off sometimes by the pool, or rather, by cycling to Fabiola Beach. We had our bikes with us and locked them in the parking lot. We were able to use them as we pleased, taking trips to Fabiola Beach and Lido Piccolo (you can spot flamingos there in the morning), and enjoying a delicious breakfast (croissant and cappuccino) at Cafe da Neni in Treporti. It was a 10-minute walk to the Il Doge pier, where we took the Wednesday boat tour of Venice by night—reserve in advance. A 10-minute walk in the other direction, you can rent a kayak from Laguna Kayak (reserved in advance via the website).

The location was right in the centre of Caorle, the apartment of very high standard with all comodities. The host very friendly and available to assist any info or extra needs. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would reccomend.
