The hosts were very quick in responding and included lots of thoughtful extras to make a great customer experience. The accommodation is quality and the location was a very special setting in the Truli zone.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of city, Madama is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Bari, 2.7 km from Pane e Pomodoro Beach. We immediately felt at home, cared for by the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts. Every day, they asked how we were doing, what we had visited, and gave us great suggestions on what to see and do. In a moment of difficulty, when we didn’t know how to get back from Locorotondo, they were incredibly helpful. They even offered us a ride from Monopoli to Bari, knowing we didn’t have a car. That kind of generosity is rare and unforgettable. Breakfast is a special moment, lovingly prepared by Anna. It’s shared around a common table in the kitchen, creating a friendly atmosphere where you can chat with other guests. We tasted many local delicacies: olive oil, mozzarella, burrata with sun-dried tomatoes and Rucola , pastries, cornetti and everything was delicious. The house is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was truly comfortable. The location is also perfect: close to the train station, but far enough to avoid the less safe area at night. And it’s only a 10-minute walk to the heart of Bari Vecchia. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful, and well-cared-for stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!
