Set in a park 5km from the center of Alassio and 110 metres from the beach, Baba Residences offers sea view apartments with choice of private balcony, terrace, garden and private free parking . We are 100% Dog Friendly . I liked everything. The view is incredible. The bed really comfortable.

The apartment booked (Ap 27 Limone) was very clean, very well compartmented and included a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob and microwave, coffee maker. A very large bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, and a large bathroom with a modern shower area. The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the Piazza Principale train station in Genoa. Also in maximum 10 minutes you can reach the seafront and the Aquarium. It is very easy and quick to walk to the historic center in maximum 1 minute. So the positioning is ideal. Access to the Apartment is by taking the keys from the reception of one hotel, 50-100 m from the Apartment. Everything was beyond expectations. Also the owner of the property provide us all the information via booking message, and was very kind for all our questions.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. Very close and convenient to the railway station and surprisingly quiet considering its position. Extremely well equipped, Luca, the host, has thought of everything and is very generous with the extras he offers. We had the pleasure of meeting him before we left. A great host who really works at making his place a welcoming, comfortable place to stay...and succeeds!

A fridge, a stovetop and minibar are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the bed and breakfast, all units have bed linen and towels. We booked this accommodation last minute, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The owners are wonderful, super helpful with every request we had, including providing a crib for our baby and accommodating the family dog as well. The breakfast is probably one of the best we ever had in Italy, with home made fruit bowls, vegetables, bread, etc. We were truly impressed. This is an amazing accommodation! Also, parking is within the property, so we felt it was really secure.

Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The house is very cozy and intim, although is in a common yard. Very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want. The train station is 5 min away, we recomand to bună tickets a day before, there ard long line în the morning, if you want to visit Cinque Terre.
